• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-provider service-integration activities across internal and external teams.
• Define and maintain service-introduction frameworks and transition plans for new/changed services.
• Establish governance mechanisms like SLAs, RACI, and integrated reporting.
• Coordinate incident, change, and problem-management across providers.
• Facilitate risk and impact assessments for service changes before go-live.
• Support IT staff by communicating expectations and monitoring performance.
• Promote continual improvement and best practices for coordination.
• Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align goals with budgets and strategy.
