• Experience coordinating services across multiple providers and frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service-management in multi-provider environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-provider service integration activities across internal IT and suppliers.
• Define service introduction frameworks with criteria, readiness checklists, and transition plans.
• Establish governance with OLAs, RACI models, and integrated reporting for end‑to‑end services.
• Coordinate incident, change, and problem management across providers.
• Facilitate risk and impact assessments before go‑live.
• Support IT staff by communicating expectations and monitoring performance.
• Promote continual improvement through analysis of delivery challenges.
• Partner with senior IT leadership to align goals with budgets and strategy.
