Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, business/management.
• 6–8 years IT experience with 2–5 years in staff management or service delivery.
• Experience coordinating across multiple service providers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL-aligned service-management in multi-provider/SIAM environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and work in a U.S.-only federal IT context; US citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% for stakeholder engagement and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-provider service-integration activities aligning processes and responsibilities.
• Define and maintain service-introduction frameworks for new/changed services.
• Establish governance mechanisms like OLAs, RACI models, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate incident, change, and problem management across providers.
• Facilitate risk and impact assessments before go-live.
• Support IT staff by communicating expectations and monitoring performance.
• Promote continual improvement via process changes and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align goals with budgets and strategic initiatives.
