Southland Industries is seeking a dynamic Service Account Manager to grow our service business within assigned markets. You will manage relationships, oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of direct experience, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to drive large account growth while mentoring junior managers.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent training and experience.
• 3+ years direct relevant experience.
• Proven sales skills in prospecting, qualifying, proposing and closing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships within assigned customer accounts.
• Oversees the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Acts as customer advocate and coordinates with the service team.
• Mentors less-experienced Service Account Managers.
