Job summary

Southland Industries seeks a dynamic Service Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships within assigned customer accounts, overseeing the sales process, and serving as the primary contact to retain and grow these accounts in Vancouver, WA. You will coordinate with the Service team to ensure satisfaction, promptly address concerns, and advocate for customers on performance or billing issues.

The role includes prospecting in the territory to develop new and existing customer

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent training or industry experience.
• 3+ years direct relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of service policies and capabilities.
• Proven sales skills: prospecting, qualifying, proposing, closing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive relationships within assigned customer accounts.
• Oversees the sales process and acts as a contact for customers.
• Coordinate with the Service team to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Prospect, qualify, prepare proposals, and close service maintenance and projects.
• Mentor less-experienced colleagues.
