Job summary

Southland Industries in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Service Account Manager to build and maintain relationships within assigned accounts, oversee the sales process, and serve as the primary contact to retain and grow these accounts.

You will coordinate with the Service team to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and advocate for customers on performance or billing issues while developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of service policies, procedures and capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to develop customer relationships.
• Demonstrated sales skills in prospecting, qualifying, proposing and closing sales and capable of developing and managing large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Grow service business by prospecting in assigned market territory and developing new and existing owner-direct customers.
• Sell service maintenance agreements and truck-based service and project work.
• Manage the service sales process from prospecting to closing, including proposals and handling objections.
