Job summary

Southland Industries seeks a Service Account Manager to grow the service business in our Washington territory by prospecting and cultivating new existing-building, owner-direct customers. You will lead the sales process for maintenance agreements and service projects, coordinate with service teams, present solutions, and nurture lasting relationships with key accounts to drive revenue.

This role requires travel to job sites within the region and a proven track record in B2B sales and account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 2+ years of direct relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of service policies, procedures and capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to develop customer relationships.
• Demonstrated sales skills in prospecting, qualifying, proposing and closing sales and managing large accounts.
• Strong collaboration skills internally and externally, with problem-solving abilities.
• Frequent travel to job sites within the assigned region.
• Solid knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow the service business by prospecting in the assigned market to develop and cultivate new owner-direct customers.
• Sell new service maintenance agreements and truck-based service and project work.
• Manage the sales process to close sales, including proposals, presentations, and handling questions.
