Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Account Executive to prospect and cultivate new relationships, securing service sales opportunities and growth across existing accounts. You will join a dynamic sales team and contribute to a culture focused on service excellence.

You’ll drive pipeline, construct winning proposals, and present to decision makers while navigating pricing, timing, and competition to achieve revenue targets. This role emphasizes accountability and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pipeline: identify prospects, build a business case, and create a 3:1 pipeline over target.
• Proposal Construction: craft compelling proposals with quotes and business cases.
• Presenting & Closing: present to decision makers and manage objections to close.
• Market Focus: develop pipeline for assigned markets/geographies.
• Solution Focus: grow pipeline for service solutions including maintenance and SAAS.
