Job summary

Ferrotec is seeking an experienced account manager in the Phoenix, AZ area to lead customer relationships and drive revenue growth in the semiconductor equipment market. You will collaborate across Marketing, Design Engineering, Manufacturing and R&D to align resources with key accounts and develop growth strategies.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will forecast revenue, manage accounts, and mentor the service team to achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional experience including 6+ years of account management experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Industry.
• Experience in sales, program management, and key account management.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and increase market share by targeting prospective accounts.
• Manage key accounts and maintain relationships to grow opportunities.
• Develop key account plans and align resources to support company growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D on new product initiatives.
• Forecast revenue and product/volume mix.
• Support customer service team with expertise to ensure satisfaction.
• Share knowledge and train customers and team.
