Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 4 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow while representing Arrow's interests with supplier leadership.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive bookings, billings, market share, and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Deliver business plans that achieve growth objectives while maximizing return on investment.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs across the channel.
• Collaborate with channel sales teams to grow strategic partner relationships and customer acquisition.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Track program effectiveness and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Champion initiatives that improve customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability and execution.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members while sharing best practices.
