Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II. You will develop executive relationships with key suppliers, lead strategic initiatives, and drive annual business planning and QBRs.

You will advocate for supplier priorities and align Arrow’s interests with supplier leadership. You will collaborate with sales teams to drive growth, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage supplier-funded programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 4 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies that achieve measurable business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow while representing Arrow's interests with supplier leadership.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Monitor key business metrics and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
