Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts across service and installation solutions. You will build relationships across target geographies and key accounts, applying a customer-first approach and collaborating with a dynamic team.

You’ll need strong sales acumen, a proactive mindset, and solid knowledge of IT networking and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years account development, sales, or related experience.
• 3+ years in electronics, fire alarm or life safety, and/or building automation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects.
• Evaluate and target potential customer opportunities within the market.
• Develop and implement sales marketing strategies across multiple verticals.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans.
• Proactively communicate project requirements and schedules with customers.
• Coach and mentor developing colleagues.
