Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will join a dynamic sales team that values service, integrity, and growth.

You’ll develop pipelines, construct proposals, present to decision makers, and close deals across markets including security solutions and managed services. Experience in electronic security and a college degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years sales in electronic security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Account development: sell to dedicated accounts and manage security solutions sales.
• Develop pipeline by engaging real decision makers and building a business case.
• Lead proposal construction with the sales team to include quotes and justification.
• Present proposals to decision makers, manage objections, and drive closing decisions.
• Identify and grow pipeline across markets such as security, utilities, and healthcare.
