Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and grow existing accounts across service and installation solutions. You’ll build relationships, develop strategies, and collaborate with teams to deliver results in a dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years account development, sales, or related experience.
• 3+ years in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sells core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects.
• Develops and targets potential customer opportunities within the market.
• Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to penetrate multiple vertical markets.
• Communicates project requirements to project team and wider organization.
• Manages execution and review of scope of work, terms and conditions in contracts.
• Coaches and mentors developing colleagues.
