Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Account Executive to cultivate new relationships and drive sales opportunities within the Utilities sector and other markets. You will join a dynamic sales team that emphasizes growth, culture, and customer-first service.

You will develop pipelines, present to decision-makers, and close deals while leveraging Convergint’s trusted security integration offerings. Competitive compensation includes commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1-3 years sales experience, preferably in utilities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to source and develop sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accounts, focusing on utilities market segments.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive opportunities and revenue.
• Develop pipeline and work with decision-makers to create a business case.
• Lead proposals, including quotes and business justification.
• Present proposals to decision-makers and close deals.
• Collaborate with SMEs, estimators, engineers and partners to deliver winning proposals.
• Perform other duties as required.
