Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Account Executive to grow our customer base and secure sales opportunities. You will cultivate relationships, understand client needs, and drive revenue as part of a dynamic sales team.

You will develop pipelines, craft proposals, and present to decision makers while collaborating with subject matter experts across markets like healthcare, utilities, and government.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years sales or equivalent experience.
• Strong affinity for problem solving.
• Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: sell to dedicated accounts and services to increase value.
• Develop Pipeline: work with decision makers to build business case and timing.
• Proposal Construction: lead the team to craft winning proposals with quotes and rationale.
• Presenting & Closing: present proposals and handle objections to close deals.
• Market Focus: identify pipeline in assigned markets including healthcare, gov, education.
• Collaborate with SMEs: work with designers, estimators, engineers to deliver proposals.
