Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will grow within a dynamic team that values culture and results, driving growth for Convergint’s security and services offerings.

You’ll work with top decision makers, build pipelines, and deliver winning proposals while collaborating with SMEs and partners to exceed targets and expand our national footprint.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years security sales or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline across assigned accounts.
• Identify customer needs and craft compelling business cases.
• Lead proposal development and coordinate with SMEs to win deals.
• Present proposals to decision makers and navigate objections.
• Drive collaboration with sales engineers, designers and partners.
• Maintain relationships to increase customer lifetime value and retention.
