Job summary

DSI Security Services, a nationwide contract security provider, is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for the King of Prussia, PA area overseeing PA and MD markets. You will lead daily operations, drive sales growth, manage the branch P&L, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strategic planning, and business development experience in mission-driven environments, with a track record of improving processes and fostering teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management with a strong focus on leadership and team development.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution within a branch or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of profit & loss management principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in supervising staff with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals.
• Background in business development with a track record of increasing sales revenue.
• Proficient in project management methodologies with an emphasis on process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for problem-solving.

Responsibilities
