Job summary

GDI Services Inc US is seeking a District Manager to supervise security officers across a mixed portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time staffing across sites in the Northeast. You will travel as needed to support startups and emergencies while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires leadership experience in security, strong communication, and the ability to manage payroll, billing, and vendor coordination. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Experience in law enforcement, military or multi-building security leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct a mixed portfolio of accounts to ensure services exceed client expectations.
• Maintain existing client relationships while promoting growth of new business within the market.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding and assignment to client sites.
• Prepare weekly payroll and billing; proficient in spreadsheets.
• Travel to locations outside of district to assist with start up of new contracts and during emergencies.
• Coach site supervisors to improve performance and ensure post orders are followed.
