Job summary

Delta Security Service is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base across Arizona. This outside sales role focuses on building long-term relationships with commercial properties, HOAs, apartment communities, construction sites, and other businesses requiring professional security services.

The position involves generating new business, conducting site visits, presenting security solutions, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and site visits.
• Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, HOA organizations and decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver security service proposals.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings.
• Coordinate with operations staff to develop tailored security solutions.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
