Colonial Security Services seeks a Security Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations across the Philadelphia area. This leadership role focuses on exceptional client service, personnel management, compliance, and supporting business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record in scheduling and workforce management.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or multi-site management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling and workforce management software (TrackTik experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple security contracts and client sites.
• Schedule personnel and ensure shifts are properly staffed.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance audits.
• Respond to client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise Field Managers and Security Officers.
• Review incident reports, payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client post orders, and state regulations.
• Coordinate training, disciplinary actions, and employee performance evaluations.
• Assist with new account startups and operational planning.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency coverage.
