Convergint is recruiting an Account Executive in Medina, OH to deliver world-class service and drive revenue growth. You will develop accounts, build a strong sales pipeline, and lead winning proposals from initiation to close, collaborating with SMEs and customers to meet business cases.

The role emphasizes relationship building, strategic focus across industries, and presenting to decision makers with a customer-first, integrator stance.

Responsabilidades

• Account Development: selling to dedicated accounts across physical security integration services, cyber, maintenance programs, managed services and transformational services.
• Develop Pipeline: work with decision makers to assess need, gain agreement on a business case and a time frame; target pipeline 3:1.
• Proposal Construction: lead the sales pursuit to construct winning proposals with quote and business case.
• Presenting & Closing: present proposals to decision makers and navigate objections to timely go/no-go decisions.
• Market Focus: identify and develop pipeline for assigned markets including global accounts, utilities, financial services, healthcare, data centers, government, and education.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create and deliver winning proposals.
