Convergint Technologies LLC in Medina, OH is seeking an exceptional account executive to drive growth across security integration services, cyber and managed services. You will build relationships with key decision makers and deliver compelling business cases.

You will lead pursuit teams, develop 3:1 pipeline over target, present proposals, and negotiate to close deals while expanding market presence in healthcare, financial services, data centers, and government sectors.

• Account Development: sell to dedicated accounts across security services and managed programs.
• Develop Pipeline: engage with decision makers to create a business case and timelines.
• Proposal Construction: lead the pursuit team to craft winning proposals with quotes and rationale.
• Presenting & Closing: present to decision makers and negotiate to close deals.
