Connecteam is seeking a Strategic SDR to drive high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting, shaping go-to-market strategies and testing new market approaches. You will partner with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns, build playbooks, and generate qualified pipeline in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• 1+ years SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment.
• Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality – takes initiative and drives results independently.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively.
• Collaborative mindset, able to partner effectively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
• Competitive, driven, and motivated to grow within sales.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings and generate pipeline.
• Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize new go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion.
• Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings, and share best practices across Sales and Marketing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations while hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets.
