Job summary

Connecteam is seeking a Strategic SDR to operate at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Go To Market strategy. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design, test, and optimize campaigns, build playbooks, and refine approaches for new markets and customer segments.

You will thrive in a fast-moving environment, owning outreach, discovery conversations, and pipeline generation while contributing to cross-functional growth initiatives across the org.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment.
• Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality - takes initiative and drives results independently.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively.
• Collaborative mindset, able to partner effectively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
• Competitive, driven, and motivated to grow within sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings and generate pipeline.
• Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize new go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion.
• Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings, and share best practices across Sales and Marketing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations while hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets.
