Job summary

Connecteam is seeking a Strategic SDR to join our growing Sales/Marketing team. You will work at the intersection of our go-to-market strategy, outbound and inbound campaigns, and playbook development.

This role emphasizes experimentation, learning, and driving tangible pipeline in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to craft and test approaches, analyze performance, and refine targeting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and processes.
• Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality and ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings and generate pipeline.
• Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize new go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion.
• Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings, and share best practices across Sales and Marketing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing daily outreach and discovery conversations while meeting targets.
