Job summary

Motion Industries in Harrisburg is seeking a Sales Development Representative to proactively drive outbound sales, engage existing accounts across branches, identify opportunities, quote and convert add-on products, and partner with branch teams.

You will work with customer service on orders, updates CRM with follow-ups and quotes, and train customers on ecommerce tools to simplify doing business. Strong communication and CRM skills required; HS diploma and 2+ years sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of sales experience.
• Proactive outbound calling experience and ability to identify upsell opportunities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls to assigned accounts across branches.
• Identify, quote, and convert add-on sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer service on orders and technical needs.
• Partner with branch and division teams to meet customer requirements.
• Update CRM with follow-ups and active quotes.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities and train customers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
