Job summary

Motion Industries, a division of Genuine Parts Company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative who can professionally represent our products and services to customers. The role requires outbound calls across multiple branches to identify and grow sales opportunities.

You will collaborate with branch teams, update CRM, and train customers on Ecommerce tools to enable easy ordering. A high school diploma and 2+ years of sales experience are typical; strong communication and multitasking are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in sales.
• Proactive outbound calling experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, LinkedIn and MS Office.
• Ability to develop rapport with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls to engage existing accounts across multiple branches.
• Identify and quote opportunities to expand sales of products not currently purchased.
• Coordinate with Motion customer service on orders, tracking and technical needs.
• Collaborate with branch and division teams to ensure excellent customer execution.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with follow-ups and active quotes.
