Job summary

Motion Industries, a Motion Industries division under Genuine Parts Company, seeks a Sales Development Representative to proactively reach out to existing accounts across multiple branches, expand sales opportunities, and coordinate with customer service. You will train customers on ecommerce tools and maintain CRM updates to track follow-ups and quotes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years of sales experience, with strong communication, collaboration, and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and at least two years of related sales experience.
Proven ability to make proactive outbound calls and identify additional sales opportunities.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration with field sales teams.

Responsibilities

Proactively makes outbound calls with assigned existing account base across multiple branch locations to engage and further develop sales opportunities.
Identify, quote, and convert sales on products not currently being purchased by customers.
Coordinate with Motion customer service on order entry, tracking, and technical needs.
Collaborate with branch and division teams to ensure proper execution of customer needs.
Update CRM accurately to reflect account follow-ups and quoting opportunities.
Present Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts and train customers on these tools.
Perform other duties as assigned.
