Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative to proactively reach out to customers, route opportunities, and expand volume business across branch locations. You will perform outbound calls, identify product needs, quote and convert opportunities, and collaborate with customer service on orders.

You will train customers on Ecommerce tools, update CRM, and partner with field sales to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years of related sales experience.
• Experience making proactive outbound calls and identifying customer needs.
• Proven ability to use CRM and automation tools to manage follow-ups and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls to assigned accounts across branch locations.
• Identify, quote, and convert sales opportunities for products not currently purchased.
• Collaborate with customer service for order entry, tracking, and technical needs.
• Update CRM to stay current on follow-ups and active opportunities.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts and train customers on these tools.
