Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative to represent the company to customers with the knowledge and skills to provide the product or service they need.

You will proactively contact customers, uncover sales opportunities, quote products not currently purchased, and coordinate with branch teams and customer service to ensure orders are fulfilled, while presenting Ecommerce capabilities to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related sales experience.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Proven track record in proactive outbound calling and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls to engage and develop sales opportunities.
• Identify, quote, and convert sales on products not currently purchased.
• Collaborate with customer service on orders and technical needs.
• Partner with branch and division teams to meet customer requirements.
• Diligently update CRM with follow-ups and quotes.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities and train customers on these tools.
