Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Atlanta to proactively contact assigned accounts, expand opportunities, and quote additional products. You will work with branch teams and customer service to ensure orders are entry-ready and customer needs are met.

The role requires strong communication, CRM discipline, and the ability to train customers on ecommerce tools while driving sales growth across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and 2+ years of related sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong ability to identify customer pain points and sales opportunities.
• Reliable, organized, detail oriented, and able to collaborate with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls to engage assigned accounts across branch locations.
• Identify, quote, and convert sales on products not currently purchased.
• Collaborate with customer service on orders and technical needs.
• Update CRM with follow-ups and active quotes.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities and train customers as needed.
• Work across branch and division teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
