Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative to proactively contact existing accounts across multiple branches, identify opportunities, and convert quotations into sales. You will partner with customer service for orders and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will leverage CRM and LinkedIn to manage follow-ups, build relationships, and drive revenue growth while presenting Ecommerce capabilities to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and two or more years of related sales experience or equivalent
• Strong ability to identify customer pain points, product requirements, and add-on sales opportunities
• Proven success with core sales tools like CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls with assigned existing account base across multiple branch locations
• Engage and develop sales opportunities by identifying, quoting, and converting opportunities
• Collaborate with customer service and branch teams to fulfill orders and address technical needs
• Update CRM to stay current on account follow-ups and active quoting opportunities
• Present Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts and train customers as needed
