Connecteam is seeking a Strategic SDR to join a fast-moving team that blends Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market strategy. You will help design and test outbound/inbound campaigns, build playbooks, and refine approaches across markets and segments.

The role emphasizes experimentation, curiosity, and adaptability, with close collaboration to scale our growth initiatives and provide real-time market insights that shape lead generation and messaging.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools, platforms and processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment.
• Execution-driven with ownership mentality and initiative.

Aufgaben

• Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings.
• Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance with insights on messaging and targeting.
• Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks from real-world learnings.
