Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U solutions for utilities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate service-operation requirements into effective functional designs that support meter-to-cash processes.

The role requires strong SAP IS-U knowledge, utility experience, and the ability to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience including at least 3 years hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service.
Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in a utility environment.
Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.

Responsibilities

Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
Translate requirements into functional designs for customer, account, contract, premise, and service requests.
Coordinate dependencies across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
Prepare functional designs, configurations, test scenarios, data mappings, and project documentation.
Support unit and integration testing as well as user acceptance testing and production stabilization.
