Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utilities. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate service-operation requirements into effective functional designs across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role requires strong SAP IS-U knowledge, utility industry experience, and excellent client-service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes including account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start/stop service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configuration for SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Coordinate with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and other modules and systems.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Support unit and integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and issue resolution.
• Assist data conversion activities and post-go-live stabilization.
