Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U solutions for utilities clients across the United States. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional SAP IS-U processes across meter-to-cash life cycles.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, plus travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U experience, including hands-on in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer service processes and related data.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients.
• Configure business partner, contract account, and data for customers.
• Design service-requests, notifications and customer-contact workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end impacts across Billing, FI-CA and related systems.
• Support testing, data conversion, cutover readiness and production stabilization.
