Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant in the United States to support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions. You will work with stakeholders to translate utility service requirements into functional SAP IS-U designs for customer, account, contract, and service processes across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role requires strong SAP IS-U knowledge, utility industry experience, and ability to travel 40-60% to meet client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with hands-on IS-U Customer Service.
Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.

Responsibilities

Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions and translate requirements into functional designs.
Configure SAP IS-U business partner, contract account, and related customer master data.
Design service-request, notification, and customer-contact workflows in SAP IS-U context.
Coordinate cross-workstream impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management and digital channels.
Support data conversion activities including mapping, validation and cutover readiness.
Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams and junior staff.
