Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to join our US practice. You will design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility requirements into effective functional designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least three years of hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise and service-connection processes.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, and move-in/move-out.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract accounts, and premises.
• Design service-request, notification, and customer-contact workflows with SAP IS-U and related systems.
• Coordinate cross-workstream impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and field service.
• Ensure data conversion readiness and support cutover and go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and document requirements.
