EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility service requirements into functional designs across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role requires 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, and travel of 40–60% is expected to meet client needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start/stop service.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection and customer data.
• Design and support service-request, notification, correspondence, and customer-contact processes with SAP IS-U.
• Translate service-operation requirements into customer-centric workflows across modules and systems.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, field service and digital channels.
• Assist data conversion activities, data mapping, validation, reconciliation and cutover readiness.
