Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U customer service solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate utility requirements into functional designs, drive end-to-end processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong SAP IS-U knowledge, utilities experience, and the ability to travel up to 60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with ≥3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract data, and related processes.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, start and stop service, and related customer processes.
Supporting the functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions, including business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and related customer master data.
Designing and supporting service-request, notification, correspondence, and customer-contact processes in alignment with SAP IS-U and contact-center solutions.
Translating service-operation requirements into workflows for customer, account, contract, premise, and service-request processes.
Coordinating end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
