Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate utility service requirements into functional designs and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

The role requires 3–4 years SAP IS‑U experience, strong client service skills, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years in SAP IS‑U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes (account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, start/stop service).
• Willingness to travel 40–60% identifies and cross-workstream coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, start and stop service, and related customer processes.
• Supporting the functional design and configuration of SAP IS‑U Customer Service solutions (business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, etc.).
• Designing and supporting service-request, notification, and customer-contact processes integrated with SAP IS‑U.
• Translating service-operation requirements into SAP IS‑U workflows across modules.
• Coordinating end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
