Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to help design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients across the US. You will translate service-operation requirements into functional designs, partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to support meter-to-cash processes.

The role requires 3–4 years of SAP IS-U experience, strong customer-service skills, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer‑service processes.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers, and related processes.
• Support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and other modules.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration documents, test scenarios, and data mappings.
• Assist data conversion activities, cutover readiness, and post-go-live support.
