Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to medium customers, managing distribution, and building relationships with key accounts across multiple channels.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, provide technical solutions, and analyze sales data. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience and at least three years in sales are required; US work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan to deliver volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies within legal and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
