Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across channels, with potential regional or global scope.

The role emphasizes expanding accounts, developing forecasts with Supply Chain, and negotiating pricing aligned with business goals. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work eligibility required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
