Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the market.

The role involves generating leads, defining sales territories, and delivering technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, or email interactions. Responsibilities include expanding the account portfolio, building senior-level relationships, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast and execute plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship or green card support.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the plan with Marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape the sales plan and inform decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
