Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, lead opportunities with small to mid-size customers, and collaborate across teams to deliver technical solutions and grow market share.

Responsibilities include leading sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and guiding pricing strategies while coordinating with production and supply chain. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across customer levels and manage sales communications.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value in coordination with functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and drive decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
