Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to medium customers and manage distribution. You will lead across channels, define sales territories, and provide technical solutions to customers.

The role emphasizes building relationships, using sales analytics, and collaborating with Production and Supply Chain to meet plans and targets. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies in line with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
