Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution, grow SME accounts, and lead cross-functional sales initiatives.

The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, and delivering technical solutions while building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or military experience, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align to marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and analyze data for decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
