Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution. Build key influencer relationships, generate leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions across multiple channels.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, at least 3 years of experience, and US work authorization. Relocation not offered; you’ll influence pricing, forecasts and market strategy in a global materials company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at/above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the Dow account portfolio in the region.
• Identify customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain relationships across customer levels and networks.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
